Attention:
There is a section entitled 'accompanying person(s) ' in the registration form, this means the player's parents or guardians or a person that can vouche for the player's identity. Please make sure to enter the player's information in the 'Personal Information' section.
Once you create an account for the website, you can register all your family member's information including the players registration by using the account.
The registration form does not support a team registration so each dojo needs to contact the operation secretariat directly. The operation secretariat will inform presidents of regions and dojos on registration of team competitions.
